We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated recruiter to help us manage recruitment efforts across the firm. The focus of the role will be on managing a diverse pipeline of candidates – including screening resumes and conducting first round interviews - for our fundraising consultant positions across our offices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and smooth experience for candidates
  • Identify qualified candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and virtual networking events
  • Develop innovative and creative strategies to source active and passive candidates
  • Leverage recruiting resources including internet, networking, social networking, colleges, and universities to help identify and source qualified candidates to build out our existing pipeline of candidates
  • Work closely with regional teams to maximize effectiveness of the recruiting process
  • Track recruiting metrics to understand which strategies are successful
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment

Qualifications

Outstanding candidates will bring experience in recruiting, a commitment and passion for service-based organizations, and ambition to succeed in a rewarding career. Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Three to five years’ experience in recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take direction as needed
  • Ability to maintain focus on quality while keeping a strong sense of urgency
  • Can do attitude - we are a team, and we work collaboratively on bringing out the best in one another
  • Demonstrated philanthropic values and commitment to service
  • Working knowledge of the nonprofit sector, preferred

This position will be located New York City. Please note that administrative functions of the firm are currently operating 100% remote. Plans related to a return to the office are evolving.
